SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship WORLDWIDE using Royal Mail, UK MAIL, USPS and DHL couriers. Enter your address as part of the checkout process to see estimated charges for your region. A signature is required for all our deliveries. FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50

ORDER PROCESSING

The fastest way to receive your order is by Priority/Express delivery - these orders are shipped within one working day of receipt (or from the date of manufacture). Please note there may be delays during busy periods. Orders requiring Royal Mail shipping are shipped within 5 days of receipt or from manufacture date. NB. Orders placed over the weekend, on a bank holiday or public holiday will be processed on the next available Working day.

Please add sales@almocado.com to your address book or check your junk mail folder for the email confirming your product has been shipped.

All our products are handmade, in some cases we may need to make your products before shipping - this can add an additional 2-3 days to your despatch time. Products are normally manufactured at the beginning of each week. If you need your product urgently - please feel free to give us a call to check current despatch times. 

In the event of a delay, we will contact you immediately to discuss. You will be offered a full refund if you are unable to wait. 

PAYMENT
We accept online payments via Paypal's industry-leading secure system which is a secure external company which accepts all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards.  You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to complete your purchase, simply enter your credit card details and submit your payment. Alternatively, you may pay via Bank Transfer. Bank details will automatically be emailed to you once we have started processing your order.

* DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY (UK ONLY) 

Packages will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery or via UK MAIL Express Delivery (Next Business Day from the date of despatch, Mon - Fri only). Packages are normally delivered between 8 am and 5 pm. A signature is required for all our deliveries. Please use your business address for Express delivery orders if you know you will not be home during business hours.

Irrespective of the carrier, all Domestic Parcels are normally delivered within 3 days from the date of despatch. If you have not received your parcel within 14 days please let us know and we will initiate the claims process.

Your package will be taken to the local post office or left with a neighbour. If you do not collect or arrange redelivery within 2 weeks of the delivery attempt the parcel will be returned to us and your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost.  The couriers will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you do not contact them or arrange redelivery your parcel will be returned to us and your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Packages will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery (up tp 14 days) or via UK MAIL Express Delivery (up to 7 Working days). Please contact us or leave a message in the comment section during checkout if you do not wish to sign for your delivery - e.g. if your postal address is a P.O.Box.  Express delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes.

For Express deliveries a valid contact telephone number is required. This is very important as we cannot ship without it.NB A signature is required for all our deliveries.

MISSING PARCELS

If you think your parcel has gone missing either because an issue has been reported via your tracking link or the expected delivery time has passed (10 days for UK deliveries, 14 days for Europe, 25 days for Rest of the World) please contact us so we can call out the Search & Rescue Teams and/or initiate the claims process. Once the investigation is complete your order will either be reposted or refunded in full

Please note: Royal Mail do not consider mail 'lost' until 25 business days from the date of despatch, we are unable to progress your claim before this time.

DAMAGED PARCELS

Please contact us immediately with written details of the damage along with photographic evidence so we can begin the claims process. Please refer to the T&Cs for further details.
